- In 2007 my husband Rick and I moved from suburban Chicago to Marshall, Minnesota. My transition from city girl to country girl has been eased by lots and lots of culinary therapy. I love nothing better than lavishly covering a homemade cake with creamy frosting, baking cookies with my grandkids, or making delicious dinners for my family and friends.
